New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

You will get salary on time only ...

Dislikes

Company hired you for pan India and you have to travel any state in India where they have there running project.. Management is not so well.. Promotion don't think of that .. Hectic work schedule.. You have to work on multiple discipline.. However I survive 3 yrs here ..

No support at all, No salary plus contract has been cancelled, means no job, being a certified trainer.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, work is done by sumone n credit is taken by sumone else. Many of the certified trainers left as soon as they got certified for higher salary from different organisations, but i stayed with the company even i was offered higher salary,i suuported them in their hard times, but in my hard time during this pandemic company is not supporting.

Job is not secure here the company is delaying your salary upto over 1 month .. management is getting worse day by day .. I lost my job due to covid-19 and company didn't support me over a penny..

Very bad experience for every employees salary issues they pressurise you to work after office hours. They are not give a minimum salary to there employee's.
