It's a very nice company to work for. Top management is easily approachable and open to suggestions/changes. No hassles or questions asked during the clearance/reimbursement of Bills unlike other competitor companies. The work culture is also very nice and professional and similar to that of a European company. You get a lot of Independence in terms of decision-making and your decisions are never doubted.
