This company is shit They can terminate anyone anytime No job security the even can't give notice period and hold people's salary also i wish if there is 0 star rating option

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. and they give average salary .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job traning is not given to new jionees.

...ut job security yes you will feel secured if you are really honest to your work.you will get your salary on time but yes there is some delay in your incentives but yes there is no issue of salary timing as well as for expenses.And if you are concerned to politics then you you get it everywhere,sometime less sometime more.work environment is not so good not so bed.

There is a big problem of growth and you have to give your at least 10 hour daily.

Every Employee find their own likes and dislikes at work. Hence, i'm not apart. My Team Leader is a very good person, i like working under him. Also can be said about my Reporting senior. Both are great, kind and sensible man.. a good leader & senior by example.

Dislikes

Few Policies and the more of inside Politics - Power tussle, is what i sincerely dont like about Laborate. Favorite Culture and bad management is what i disapprove.

In laborate pharma working culture is very bad in laborate 31 nariwala because of packing officer Lalita in new tablet. She don't know anything about pharmaceutical industry as well as not able to write his own name this is bad thing thing about laborate also she doesn't deserve that post
