Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I love the bonding I get with the kids and the relationships I get with the teachers. And since the future of the country is the child, I feel proud of myself in this place I think it is a great job to be able to teach children something new

The first thing is that there is no question about the salary here because the salary comes early at the end of the month or at the beginning of the month. There is a bonus system which is very good
