It was terrible to work in this company. I am a former employee, after completing notice period also haven’t received my final salary. Worst company culture ever. Staff is super helpful ,Prashant Sir and Sumit specially , but not the management . After completing notice period you will be definitely getting bad review from company that’s a night mare for any employee while switching company .

Management extends full support to explore new things, you get to handle overall responsibilities. When management showers full trust and responsibility to you, a sense of ownership develops and you get boost up, which helps in developing confidence. In short profile is not limited to your designation which is totally good experience for employees.

As of now, Management has been very supportive and co-operative. Wish it would remain same in future as well.

Staff are very cooperative,saturday and Sunday off. No night calls.

Dislikes

1.Micro management. 2.No alary increament. 3.Never follow insensitive commitment. 4.Disrespectful for employees who left company.

My 1st job is Working at labguard. I learn lot's of things from this job planning, man power handling, etc.

Dislikes

Till now I don't dislike labguard as I learnt so many things regarding mechanical engineering.
