Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

no growth..no training.no medical insurance.manganement is very poor.

they don give u salary on ur tym..after 5,6 months u will get ur salary..afta goin court and all.they dont have medical insurance yet..work environment is very bad..some of the colleagues are behving very bad to u..and management is very poor...u will face only problms after joining this com..and the work pressure is very high..sometimes u have to work more dan 12 hours n u will not get o/t for this.and if u apply as a waiter or waitress u need to work under sun..in dubai temperature 45°or 53°.and atlast if u have btr opportunity com will not give u cancellation.
