Dislikes

All food items are frozen.Taste is worst due to frozen material. It's dead food because it's frozen. The items like Dal Makhni, Yellow dal tadka and gravies , marinations , kebabs, sauces. Everything frozen and not good for health. Company commitments are totally fraud because they make wrong commitments with their employees. Employees not getting salaries on time. Worst company.

Very unprofessional atmosphere and completely driven by unprofessional people

I joined as ZBH - Sales for Delhi/NCR, UP, Haryana and within 20 days have appointed 6 Distributors for their frozen food for GT business but all of a sudden the owner removed me from business group and asked me to handover the SIM on the road, they are actually goons running bars and liquor shops and doesn't have any experience want to be like MNC but no planning for driving and structuring of the organisation and market

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
