Very unprofessional atmosphere and completely driven by unprofessional people

I joined as ZBH - Sales for Delhi/NCR, UP, Haryana and within 20 days have appointed 6 Distributors for their frozen food for GT business but all of a sudden the owner removed me from business group and asked me to handover the SIM on the road, they are actually goons running bars and liquor shops and doesn't have any experience want to be like MNC but no planning for driving and structuring of the organisation and market
