LACK OF HIERARCHY WISE WORKING AND DECISION. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Working hours are not fixed, even at your home you will have to look for the company, HR policies are not good, salary structure is not good, don't want to listen for a good change.

Company adopts latest technologies and growing exponentially so always new things and techniques available to learn.l likes to be a part of it as it's always focues on high quality.

Plant location is not good as it is located at Sitarganj Uttarakhand which is a very small city so not all resources available here else slow growth is kind of thing to notice.

This a very good company to work with. Team support and moral boost up is always there in the company, as I am working here since last 5 years so, definitely there is a job security but, in sales nothing is secure and fixed in any trade or company. There is no any politics in this company, all do focus on their assigned work, yes there is a less activities of training and learning. Innovation is always there, company is continuously launching new and different range of its segment.

All is perfect in this company for an employee. This company is an OEM not a training providing institute.
