Huge conflicts between US and India leadership which impacts the environment and growth of employees at Blr. Blr head has limited focus on his own 2-3 guys or girls who are working with him in his all past organisation again this doesn’t give confidence to another good resource to work under such person who is not a people leader. Worst is HR director also looks helpless to correct this environment

Company is really volatile now, not recommended to work here joining as new joined here for atleast next 1 year. Job security is at high risk now.

Middle management is poor - Experienced leads, managers and senior managers. If they are changed, company can really grow exponentially
