Salary on time, provides (south indian) food. MD is active, strong support from Singapore team.

Dislikes

Shift sharts at Morning 8 am. Purely South Indian people company. Difficult to cope up with them. Language barrier. They always say about process but nobody follows. Need more improvement and some efforts to retain the hardworking staff.

Company has various functions through out the year, like family day, May day. Compensation wise they are above the market rate. Wide variety of works and pan India presence.

Dislikes

long working hours (8.00 AM to 8.00 PM), Saturdays working (2 Saturdays per month half day off). 12 leaves per year. Sick leave only on hospitalisation. Work from home expected even on leave / holidays. Recently because of Kaveri water issue there was was a complete shut down of Bangalore. Company deducted 1 day leave from all employees based in Bangalore for no show.

PM/SM life would be terrible here, company wont pay money to contractors, you will not get support from middle management like GM. Middle management will play behind us. Even if you spoke to top management about contractor payment issue, they don't care.

1.Company culture is vary bad 2.MD visits the constitution site and kills all the planned work 3.company encourages only tamil people and kicks other people 4.No job security 5.company having so much impractical policies

...upport from hr team. Company also very good. But site management is very worst. Salary credited in time

Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.
