Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.

On time salary, supportive managers.

Worst HR team. Site admins are not knowledgeable. Company give many benifits and policies but those are not reachable to employees because of worst HR team. If u r lucky u will get one Sunday holiday in a month

Dislikes

At Nexity Hyderabad P.D (Kalimuthu) having their own Tamil team. They are work for only P.D growing not RMZ project. Even Manager don't have any rights to take at least approval for any materials or any project related decisions. Only P.D jokers with 3years experience Engineer jokers can rule the entire project. Including MD and PD they are backup their bank balance very huge with RMZ Nexity and Spire project.

More of politics. In between management and staff there are manager who are fit for nothing but they will do whatever they want and make people who are hard working to work or allocate more work that work life balance is disturbed. I myself is the example
