Teammates are all good. Travel, food & room allowance is there. Salary time will be correct. Clients are good. Learned new things.

...t, my working time 16 to 19 hrs. Appraisal form done but still not get any hike. Compared to work salary too low. Junior can't learn

1- will get salary on last day of month 2- toilets available at site 3- will get chance to interact with top pmcs/clients etc

Dislikes

1- they have not given bonus in past 3 years 2- maximum increment you can expect is 8% minimum 4% 3- no office for site staff, not even a good place to sit and have lunch. 4- alternative Saturday is holiday but site manager or GMs DGM will ask all the engineers to come and work 5- timing of office is from 8 am to 6 pm, which will extend up to 11 pm usually. 6- coming late by after 8.10 am is considered half day leave. 7- annual leave can not be encashed while leaving the company 8- you cannot take pending annual leave while serving notice period 9- medical insurance is very week. 10- no basic facilities to site engineers like, food, water, system, cabs, mail id's, most of them are using personal ID. 11- have to travel across the site but HOD won't approve travel allowance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't have any dislike activities from my company..

...et any guidance from senior.. because they even don't know what they are doing..we have to work 14 hrs but they give salary for 8 hrs.. labour can get salary for their work but we engineers treated ah below to labours ..the very worst company . I recommend not to work in that company for the freshers..they use us

It's not a system based company, it was driven by only some people who even don't know any basics. Lot of region and language feeling especially from Tamil people.
