L&W Construction Private Limited (L&W) is a 100% subsidiary of Lee Kim Tah-Woh Hup Pte Ltd (LKTWH) from Singapore. LKTWH in turn is 50:50 joint venture company established by Lee Kim Tah Pte. Ltd. and Woh Hup Holdings Pte. Ltd. two of Singapore's oldest construction companies completed their 90 years landmark. L&W started business in year 2006 in Bangalore, India mainly to cater to the construction needs for its own property development projects. In the next two years, the company provided design, master planning and project management consultancy services, which helped to get a better understanding of the market. In 2008, under the leadership of Mr. Asaithambi Manickam, the company was awarded the first construction contract by Ascendas for construction of the Phase III of their Taramani campus in Chennai. L&W has expanded its presence by setting up regional offices in South & West markets of India with a dedicated 1200+ strong workforce and 5000+ workers in building and civil works. At present, L&W has evolved as one of the leading construction companies in India and successfully completed 14 years of growth. ​We strongly believe in pushing the boundaries and offering services to our customer.
