Highly Professional culture with few exceptions who at times shout at people.

The salary part. The increments have been low. There is no clear direction about the future. Your work location keeps changing. Any day you can be shifted from one location to another. The company has been shifting or forcing everyone to shift to Coimbatore Plant and suddenly opened office in Manapakkam Campus.

... various aspects is better. Sponsor for higher education. Good medical benefits. Decent salary level.

Dislikes

It is not good as before. No value for knowledge. No respect for engineer's. No long term vision. No stable management. Not well positioned in market. Poor decisions making. No importance for work like balance. No users friendly system. Not good environment to work. No team outing. No good food. Plant in remote location. Leave rules against employees.

High value orders from client. Support from client for getting good orders. Pick up and drop service. Free breakfast and Lunch for Mumbai office

Dislikes

Unwanted pressure, no proper support and recognition. Less salary benefits. Very low Basis portion on the salary

...ood factor to learn more Covid time support to employees was a good initiative Covid time lot of companies decided to cut salary/partial lay off but proudly we can say L&T did'nt do such things

Job security. Late by 3 min your half day will be considered as leave

Dislikes

No hike, appraisal and hike are based on if you are related/from the place where operation head is from or even if you are from his state you will get promotion easily sometimes even twice in span of 2 years. If not you won't get promotion even after 4-5 years.
