...ot there due to poor management decisions and if affects the daily tasks a lot L&T technology services is not ready to provide the right compensation for well deserving employees too and they don't have any organised policies on promotion

Only salary comes on time .

Dislikes

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
