Salary is not good and work satisfaction is also the big concern. If you spend much more time in this company no one will hire you isiliye because of skill set.

Company have good policy's , and ethics. Secondly is salary credited in a fixed date .

what ever policy's are there that was not going and implimented in ground level ( on site deputation employees) or not taking that benifets of that. Or leaders not wanted to also for cost saving as well.

Time to time salary,good management if you are working properly,good cordination between employees,average work life balance.

Random planning of site visits,hard working people gets delayed promotion but technically unsound guys will get early promotion if they knew speaking cunningly.remote projects where communication is not good but you have to manage in less salary. For skill development if you are interested even cant get the opportunity.

It is good company for professional having more than 5-7 yrs of experience. But not at all good for Engineering Trainees (GETs). Please don't come if you're a fresher, the Growth is very low.

...ilable. They only use STAAD alone. None of the employee policies are beneficial. All they offer is 2-3% annual salary growth. Not recommended if you're in your initial career journey.

Nothing great in this company.....No hike for their employees, they are giving more package for newly recruited person,no value for their employees, not worth at all to work in this company, no technical knowledge, HR not responding on time, not a single facility provided by company,
