Salary I got was good I got hybrid work

Dislikes

2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Bench is horrible, projects will block you for weeks and you'll be not able to give interview for other projects and after that they will release you and your bench period will be wasted. Old mnc culture still manager's are in old decade. Get as much as hike you can get, very less hike Very less projects for Hyderabad in development role

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

Only salary comes on time .

Dislikes

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

They are paying salary on time and its mediclaim is really good.

Dislikes

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

Once you switch from other company, you can demand and l&t will match the pay.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.

9.5 lpa offer , how to negotiate

I'm a mechanical design engineer with 5 years of experience currently working in a MNC on a contract basis with a 5.9lpa package. Recently i got a permanent opportunity from LTTS offering 7.5lpa with a 50k joining bonus, The catch is I've also got an offer from weatherford over this for 9.5 lpa and currently I'm in salary negotiation mode. For weathrford I will be joining in the 10 day notice period because I am already serving it. Can anyone guide me to negotiate well and what are the industry standards for salary of a mechanical design engineer having 5 years of experience?
