Salary is not good and work satisfaction is also the big concern. If you spend much more time in this company no one will hire you isiliye because of skill set.

...anagers and people are supportive and encourage juniors. Friendly environment. Good Salary hike while joining company. Facilities such as insurance, group term life insurance, awards, transportation from railway station are there. Training are conducted and people are encouraged for individual development. (IDP)

Dislikes

No financial growth within company. Manager oriented feedback system from superiors only . No feedback is taken from juniors about managers even they are bad and unprofessional sometimes. Job security is there until you are good with your manager.

L& T has his own brand name in market, work culture vary depend in which group you are working , company transforming & moving in next level .Hope it will keep old bonding & social structure during this process . Innovation with engineering is a first step.

Company is moving very fast in market , career growth is their but with less salary hike.

They willgive good pay when youjoin, but after that dont expext any serious hike/promotion even after getting first rating from management. The hike rate is very very low (approx Rs500-1k/m)

Working in this company for past 4 years. Will receive salary on time. But too much deductions from gross salary. In-hand salary will be very less. Growth depends on your Project and Manager. Good for freshers only. Not for any long-term employment. Do not get fooled by L&T brand name. As you will be mostly disappointed.

1. Long working hours mandated by Managers without any overtime pay. Get ready to work for 10-12 hrs daily but show billing only for 9 hrs. 2. Do not pay for any Work From Home expense like Wifi, etc. But Manager will demand having proper WHF setup in a separate room and will force you to buy 100 mbps wifi plan costing 1500 rs per month. 3. This company do not have any standard wage policy for its employees. Engineers earning more than Senior Engineer is very common as salary gap is very big between new joiners and existing employees. Salary basically depends on how much you can negotiate with HR when joining. 4. Your salary will actually decrease overtime as they usually pay less than the current inflation rate. Thus penalizing loyalty. 5. Lower lever level employees are all demotivated. But Higher management will never care.
