1. Flexible working hours 2. Good infrastructure 3. Reputed clients 4. Relax culture (but leads to comfort zone)

Dislikes

...spect of junior's values from higher management (not in all cases but mostly) 2. Poor salary increments (even less than inflation rates) 3. Mostly tasks are not exciting because of service industry 4. Some managers have bossy nature (ex. My manager gave me only two days leave and that too for my own marriage)

Some time you will work in client location Hike very less You won't get 100% variable pay Promotion also bit difficult

My team was good comparitively, of course some of them are Buckets but still I enjoyed my life at L&T.

Dislikes

Management and how they treat the contract employees in related to salary. Not at all worried about the employees future, no growth. How much you work it doesn't matter only who are Buckets they will get good opportunity and the management will also agree whatever they tell to them.
