Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

...HOD talks rudely with bad words. GFTC don't get treated properly by employees. Salary is not done on time. Employees and GFTC all hv different facilities no equality. No promotion. No increment.

The work culture here is very bad. They will make us work on Sunday's as well as on government holidays plus extra hours without any salary or holiday compensation. Very hectic work life. No public transport. No places nearby to eat or to buy grocerys. No increment in salary

Internal Politics, Work Timing is horrible, No career growth for FTC staff's, No other benefits for FTC staff's, Poor increment and all, If u known to apply butter properly then u can sustain. Working hours is 12 and we need to spend 1 hour up and one hour down for transportation, total 14 hrs in a day of your life.

L&T has strong hold on the construction division and its presence in different geographies give ample opportunity to learn and bhuild a good carrier. The company also provides opportunities to learn different things depending on the choice of employee which add to the overall experience and expertise in different sectors.

Dislikes

The salary provided is decent but the growth is considerably slow. Work pressure is high as projects keep on increasing and skilled manpower is always a problem. Trainings are rarely provided and most of the things are required to be learnt by working on the project or the role assigned which can be a pain sometimes.
