It's good filling into company it's was dream in working in our company. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable

Dislikes

Compensation IA decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients evening and sometimes late into the night.

There is work life balance for some people, depending on the department/ team. Considering saturdays are working, mostly people won't disturb or expect work after working hours or during holidays.

Dislikes

Extremely poor HR policies from the 90s. Compensation is heavily skewed towards higher management. Fake feminism is rampant.

Lots of learning opportunities as a fresher. College graduates will be given more practical opportunities to learn and grow in their work to become best engineers.

Dislikes

Very old salary structure. Need to change work schedule to 5 days work.

Multiple Projects Ongoing simultaneously. Excellent Learning opportunity. Depending on the role and preference of the individual, frequent overseas travelling.

Poor domestic and overseas allowance Below par salary compared to its peers Odd Saturdays working Lack of transparency and very slow promotions
