There is work life balance for some people, depending on the department/ team. Considering saturdays are working, mostly people won't disturb or expect work after working hours or during holidays.

Exposure to variety of projects executed by company. Job security for core (permanent payroll) staff is good. Pay is not high but we get medical coverage. Work culture is slowly changing towards MNC type.

Adjacent Township to Larsen Toubro knowledge City Vadodara. Overall perspective of Project one can gain if he involves himself in any EPC Hydrocarbon project.

... same boss over many years gets Major responsibility even if he deserves or not. Same person is every time rated outstanding and his salary continuously increases. Average vital performer gets increment at 2-3 % , top performer 4-5 % and outstanding performer 15-20%. All outstanding performers are already identified at early stage. They are people who actually stay till retirement. From last six months iteration rate have increased to very high level as employees have started looking for opportunity in Gujrat itself with companies like Adani, Airproducts, worley and tecnip. Until now they were having Monopoly in Vadodara but now with better work culture and increments. Employees are being hired by other companies. Have u Heard that overall CTC is reduced if you don't get gud Ratings in company. Yes this is true with Larsen Toubro Energy Hydrocarbon were salaries get reduced if u don't get gud Ratings and that is true coz old employees are already identified as outstanding performers. If you think of joining this company as lateral enterant use it as just stepping stone for joining another company. Also this company procedures. Imagine women complaining of harassment by top manager but no action coz all departmental HR also has to maintain gud relations with them. Most of work is done in Silos. Most of higher management has left company citing differences with management. If u don't say anything or react then u can easily stay here for long term with average increment of 3-4%.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.
