Dislikes

Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

Lots of companies like ANDRITZ nd other companies visit here for TPI inspection nd that's enough to understand what kind of quality products they want .

Only the company name saying that your working in L&T.

Dislikes

The work culture here is very bad. They will make us work on Sunday's as well as on government holidays plus extra hours without any salary or holiday compensation. Very hectic work life. No public transport. No places nearby to eat or to buy grocerys. No increment in salary
