Everything,work culture is bad.14 hours a day,6 days a week,even sometimes 7 days a week job routine.leave not granted properly.Most important,after hard work,contractual staffs are rewarded with increment or promotion.No family life,being a L&T staff.Full politics propaganda in management.

Work pressure is high. Work Timing is very high above 12 hrs. Some times multi-work want to do in a time.

Compensation IA decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients evening and sometimes late into the night.

Company profile meant for both freshers & experience personal , specially salary & compensation package is attractive & also management system is so good to handle everything in site as well as in office.Also Quality assurance towards the project is excellent.
