dirty work culture , poor personal and professional growth.immense level of harassment by TFL(shubhashis Banarjee)/top management implements New methodology to harass employee.poor evaluation system,legpulling,blaming intention.people were recognized depending on oil and lubrication of immediate superior. It was wrong decession to associate with LTEH.

Good working environment and good safety culture.Very supportive and guiding full management .

I am not a permanent employee most of the organisation is like that, they are provide very low salary scale as per standards so they didn't take onrole employees.

Likes

L&T has strong hold on the construction division and its presence in different geographies give ample opportunity to learn and bhuild a good carrier. The company also provides opportunities to learn different things depending on the choice of employee which add to the overall experience and expertise in different sectors.

Dislikes

The salary provided is decent but the growth is considerably slow. Work pressure is high as projects keep on increasing and skilled manpower is always a problem. Trainings are rarely provided and most of the things are required to be learnt by working on the project or the role assigned which can be a pain sometimes.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Dislikes

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.

Leave rules, low salary, less in hand salary, less increment, less basic salary, poor work life balance, no overtime pay, no shift allowance, location is very dangerous for two wheeler commuters as it located on national highway-8, No 5 days week, only second and forth Saturday off,
