1) if you are Work upto 8 pm or more then you are hero other wise if you try to maintain work life balance you will treated as joker 2)Yard Head treats their employees as they are not human beings &Give you Termination threats on very small matter & Use loose talk about employees Family. 3)Work life balance is Worst, Urgency of work increases on Public Holidays 4)there is totally partiality for Promotions. 5)These kind of Dectatorship Is Specially found in MFF3 & MFF4 6)Notice period is compulsory 3 months ,if you don't serve 3 month they will not provide you experience letter.

Good brand value. Huge responsibilities irrespective of your cadre/qualifications.

...working hours like all 7 days & late night. Poor salary hikes & late promotions. Less salary pay & terrible career growth for contract employees.

There is work life balance for some people, depending on the department/ team. Considering saturdays are working, mostly people won't disturb or expect work after working hours or during holidays.

Extremely poor HR policies from the 90s. Compensation is heavily skewed towards higher management. Fake feminism is rampant.

Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

Lots of learning opportunities as a fresher. College graduates will be given more practical opportunities to learn and grow in their work to become best engineers.

Dislikes

Very old salary structure. Need to change work schedule to 5 days work.
