It varies upon department to department but the work culture is very good. The facilities at office including medical, recreation and cafeteria is good. People are also good and supportive. Job security is there and you can work there for as long as you want.

Dislikes

Less salary as per the city ( Mumbai) and less increment as well, less opportunity for growth.

Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

Very less increment and Salary compared to other similar companies in the Market. Didn't like Retention amount also which is like deducting the money from Monthly salary and giving at sometime. So how can a low wage employee can meet theor monthly expenses...or they need to wait till the amount received from L&T

Lots of learning opportunities as a fresher. College graduates will be given more practical opportunities to learn and grow in their work to become best engineers.

Very old salary structure. Need to change work schedule to 5 days work.
