There are no job security, if you are chamcha then your job secure. Work culture is worst, feel like we are machine, not human being, management want 24*7 working time for engineers and worker, but not for them, they want rest. They never solve the problem because they never listen that. Company policy is chus lo khun.

There are nothing for like, all review for dislike. Employee are majbur for work in this company, only for do waqt ki roti with reputation in samaj.
