1.Very old and established company,hence can handle unforeseen risks and situations like a pandemic without much truncation in pay or termination of the employment. 2.Regular staff salaries without any delay whatsoever every month. 3.Educated and well mannered staff hirings and therefore creates a good working environment.Any dealings or behaviour not in line with company policies is dealt with strongly. 4.Good opportunities created to learn and perfect work skills due to complexity of projects handled and executed by the organisation.However this must involve personal interest to make use of the opportunities. 5.Good brand name to work with in India as it provides a slight egde over contemporaries in construction field for future prospects.

Dislikes

1.Long working hours. 2.Poor work-life balance 3.Limited & irregular hike in remunerations. 4.Mostly hired on contract basis, so less job security. 5.Work performance rating system is poor.It is rated by an immediate superior, which is not effectively communicated to higher management which results in less or nil appreciation and recognition by higher management during ratings.

Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

I think I have made a good choice to work with L &T because the manufacturing products are good with quality assurance nd I m working in Quality department that's why I m telling you this . Lots of companies like ANDRITZ nd other companies visit here for TPI inspection nd that's enough to understand what kind of quality products they want .

The salary scale is not good for contract basis but people doing this to get knowledge nd move forward in life .

...HOD talks rudely with bad words. GFTC don't get treated properly by employees. Salary is not done on time. Employees and GFTC all hv different facilities no equality. No promotion. No increment.

The work culture here is very bad. They will make us work on Sunday's as well as on government holidays plus extra hours without any salary or holiday compensation. Very hectic work life. No public transport. No places nearby to eat or to buy grocerys. No increment in salary
