Lots of companies like ANDRITZ nd other companies visit here for TPI inspection nd that's enough to understand what kind of quality products they want .

It is adviced not to go in third party or company contract. Salary is very low. Working hours and travel from city is around 13 hrs avg. Poor appraisal. Expect to come on Sunday also. Worst politics.

Getting Salary on time . During covid crisis paid salary on time without any deductions.

Dislikes

You have to work 16-18 hours and also on Sunday. I continued my duty till 48 days without any leave including Sunday. Job security is very poor.
