There is work life balance for some people, depending on the department/ team. Considering saturdays are working, mostly people won't disturb or expect work after working hours or during holidays.

Extremely poor HR policies from the 90s. Compensation is heavily skewed towards higher management. Fake feminism is rampant.

Lots of learning opportunities as a fresher. College graduates will be given more practical opportunities to learn and grow in their work to become best engineers.

Very old salary structure. Need to change work schedule to 5 days work.

Multiple Projects Ongoing simultaneously. Excellent Learning opportunity. Depending on the role and preference of the individual, frequent overseas travelling.

...s a unbeatable pain for all of us. Difficult to balance family and job together. Expected Salary, deserving promotion and job security is not as expected.

The only good thing about the L&T is that your salary gets credited timely by 28 of the month.

The organisation structure is so bad, deficiency of lower-level workers, engineers are working as illiterate supervisors, there is no growth in roles and responsibilities. No proper planning, lacks in digitalisation. Crazy pressure of targets for no reason.
