Poor Work culture Policies are not employee friendly No one takes decision. If it goes good then from bottom to top management comes only for credit if something wents wrong all blames on you. If you are an enthusiastic person, hard n have problem solving approach then it is not for you. Management don't trust on their employees. Even in COVID they made employees to come to office and didn't allowed to work from home except when govt. Themselves declared for work from home. Toxic work culture which made you feel sick. 80's way of working. If you worked in Foreign MNC's then this is not suitable for you. You can get only branding from here nothing else. Bosses made you feel to work for ratings only.

Unnecessary hierarchy and unfare appraisal system. Biased management and due to dual location doesn't give much attention to manufacturing factory. Poor HR role in overall functioning of company. Hogh turnover rate of employees
