The salary and compensation are good.the money is not a constraint for the company.the benefits and allowances are good for the employees in the project area.giid accomodation and vehicle facility is provided.

There is no work life balance in the organization.the top organization wants the employees expect the dedication to the company by spending more time in the company minimum 15hrs in the work site.

Dislikes

Employees vital needs to be clearly identified by periodical interactions. Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and not satisfactory which management need to focus. Digitalized platforms are not reaching to all Employees effectively.

...y , getting training on time. As per each performance getting promotion on time. All are getting reasonable salary on time. Every body working on continuously improvement & innovation .
