Leadership is baised and prejudice. There is not a environment of fair assessment... If someone gives any wrong feedback against you... Then leadership will go by that feedback and take unilateral decessions.

They offer you a good hike at the time of joining and that's it.

Dislikes

...re promoted very fast and some are kept on hold for reasons not related to work. Even if you get promoted there is no increase in the compensation. Managers here do not value your strengths and also not give importance to your personal life. The attrition rate in the organisation is very high and new hiring is very slow so you will have to bear the extra burden.

This is a very good company. Company culture is also good and all co-workers are very helpful and 24 hour salary system is also very good.And the company has a very good health policy

The company is good but the salary is not right as per the time, it is very less and neither is the incentive structure right
