Leadership is baised and prejudice. There is not a environment of fair assessment... If someone gives any wrong feedback against you... Then leadership will go by that feedback and take unilateral decessions.

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW,. THE WORK PRESSURE IS HIGH AND I DID NOT GET ANY FULLY AREA TO SURVIVE MY JOB EVEN WHAT COMPANY PROMISED, MORNING 8.30 TI EVENING 8.30 OFFICE WILL BE OPEN,WHEN I SAID TO UR MANAGERS HE DIDN'T TAKE ANY STEP.

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.
