The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high -quality products and has a global client base . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration . i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

... a 3yr experienced engineer). 4. No weekly holidays, only alternate holidays. 5. You'll work for 12hrs shift with the salary of 8hrs shift. 6. There's punchout time, you'll be asked to work 14-16hrs in regular basis with zero OT benefits. 7. You'll become more like zombie, literally ZERO work life balance. 8. Can't go to home on daily basis in 60km distance. JOIN L&T ONLY FOR HIGHER POSITION They'll suck out every single bit of your blood without thinking twice. Trust me I'm going through this hell..searching for anything other than L&T
