Working hours... 14 hours including traveling per day 6-7 days in week. Work pressure. Less Leaves. Also work in national holidays. High expectations less Supportive.

Promotions and appraisal for safety engineers is very tough here to come up. Because Execution Project managers only giving appraisal rating, their first priority with execution team only...

There's punchout time, you'll be asked to work 14-16hrs in regular basis with zero OT benefits. 7. You'll become more like zombie, literally ZERO work life balance. 8. Can't go to home on daily basis in 60km distance. JOIN L&T ONLY FOR HIGHER POSITION They'll suck out every single bit of your blood without thinking twice. Trust me I'm going through this hell..searching for anything other than L&T

1. Zero work life balance 2. Management do not look into the issue only blames on front line engineers 3. Appraisal system is bogus. Everything depends upon project managers mood 4. Politics is there 5. Staff welfare is getting worse day by day. Small small things they are unable to provide, nobody to look into this matter.
