... years. It is awesome work place as well as office culture is very interesting. Appraisals and salary is Gud. It learning experience for me.

Work Load is very high but I am also workaholic person.

decent salary, sort of a government company structure with job security, if you like that sort of thing. Provide good perks of housing, transport.

Dislikes

Terrible treatment of women, quality of people you work with is more often than usual- awful. Dominated by politics and seniority, it is a truly low level company to work at. If you are ambitious and have integrity (and a woman), do not work here. You are forced to work in remote areas which is not bad development wise but they really do not care about employee safety especially women. HR is a joke. No great innovation going on. In short, big thumbs down!!

...ry claims. Instead of claims it can be added in Monthly salaries and to be paid. Because of this the monthly salary credit is getting low

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
