Timely salary, a lots of facilities, Good working culture, Oppertunity to do for varieties of jobs, Freedom to work, Job security etc.

Dislikes

Can't get time for Family, U have more leave balance but not able to take as a responsible person at site, Indirectly u have to forced to work in Sunday also and if u will take comp off- It's a crime.

Likes

Learnt a lot of new technologies, techniques, systemic approach to wards to job, salary disbursement to the employees, facilities, benefits.

Dislikes

Family work life balance is very poor. Extensive pressure will make you frustrated and it will effect your health.

Likes

People will know that you are working in a very prestigious company. The salary will be good enough & on time. That's it, nothing more to like about this company.

Dislikes

If I have options to give negetive rating for this company, I surely would have done that. This is a horrible place to work. This is the 1st company I've worked on after passing out from college. And have been working since last 6yrs. Absolutely nothing to learn here. The experience which I'm getting over here, I have doubts that which other companies are going to hire me. We used to work 7days a week, starting from 8:30am sharp in the morning to 11pm. People gets zero work life balance over here. It's just a terrible place to work in. I would never suggest any freshers to join this company & ruin their life.

Have rich ,proactive work colleagues & Seniors Salary Is always on time,and company has a very stable base.. And even the work pressure is very much people are very helpful and kind

Sometimes third party payments get delayed due to unwanted reasons.

Likes

Utmost care for safety of workers, quality control as desired by clients, salary in time.

Dislikes

Very slow growth rate, long working hours even when not needed to extend the work hours beyond 10 hours per day.
