Likes

People are good and help full. Salary scale is good also. Moderate pressure is there. Some times internal training can get.

Dislikes

Company should be aware about the proper training of the employees. Job is also not secured right now. Not so much scope of career grows.no basis of apprisal. Hr are not co-operative.
