Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Dislikes

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

On time salary. Food, medical facilities. Culture depends on team. Some teams are good and some are bad. Now your luck.

Dislikes

South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.
