No work life balance, Average hike in salary (not applicable for all) No promotion due to internal office politics Big gap between what is actual in reality and what promised. No skill development scope (not applicable for everyone) No leave, no weekly holidays

Salary and benefits are pretty good when compared to other construction companies in the sector.

Dislikes

1) People working in HO will not care about the project sites. 2) Company posts freshers/individuals at HO who do not have 1% knowledge of how things work at project sites which makes site individuals work much tougher. 3) New policies are being developed and implemented without checking the feasibility/ground reality with which working at remote locations is getting harder day by day in this organization. 4) Unrealistic goals are given just to impress the higher management and same people will bash you for not achieving the targets.

Because safety culture in lnt too good and the people who doing work in lnt they all know about there responsibility.

Dislikes

The person who are doing work from third party they don't get annual pay leave.lnt it should provide than it will better because everyone have their families mom dad, brother, etc.
