Only salary and perks. If you only want to make money join L&T. L&T will give you money but you don't have time for expenditure. Although corporate policies are excellent but 60% policies will not followed and not even aware employees

...ironment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
