There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .
