Seniors are very supportive and If you are located in office then Work life will be balanced. Work load may varies depending on the role. you didn't have to worry about job security if your are permanent employee. Trainings are major part of Company.

Dislikes

Salary growth is not satisfactory if you come from IITs or NITs. Work pressure becomes very high on critical time. Work hour is hectic 9 to 6.

Last 3.9 years continue working and I'm feeling lucky, because there salary getting as a fixt date, availability of training skills, salary growth and management also fantastic. As a government facility.

No timing to come back at home, salary and increments are not as per your skill and there are so many hidden factor to reduce the salary. So much politics at work station to reduce your moral. No proper training and innovative culture
