Salary on-time. Policies and procedures are well set. Freedom in involvement of any kind of. Good Learning platform. Protocols.

Unable to get leaves (Even if we have many eligible leaves) Frequent transfers (Mostly, every 3 yrs) Appraisal management poor. Everyone knows policies and procedures but not follow due to poor planning and execution.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Contract staff / site regular staff are suffer a lots....they appointed for very basic salary only.... They have to arrange thier own food. Site management not much interested to do for contract staffs...
