Happy working at L&T Construction were welfare for staff is encouraged. Facilities like Conveyance to & fro, Salary on or before 28th of every month etc.

Like about L&T is policy of it's salary, benefits and job security. As discussen held with various colleagues some projects working culture is good and some projects working culture is worse same applies on work life balance.

I can write here about my own project location experience. Work life balance is very worse as well as Working culture. People play Job politics. By the way may be culture differ on another project site.
