South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.

Promotions and appraisal for safety engineers is very tough here to come up. Because Execution Project managers only giving appraisal rating, their first priority with execution team only...
