Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

L&T Construction company is a good company but working life not balance and Sunday have not compensation more pressure in working period

Company show like good place of working but some time company can't think our employees everytime prefer your work company have not centerlised rules his rules can be changed every site and every incharge and every incharge have ego problem they can't understand our subordinate problem and many times not support many senior staff don't know how to behave our junior staff
